Descriptions
Color palette app where I can get a random color palette by pressing space
Don’t use ai to generate the palette
I want to save a color palette for future use
Remove the instructions "Press SPACEBAR to generate a new palette. Click
Show hex, rgb, hsl, and olch for all colors
Remove the label for the color values, left align the color values, and make the text smaller
Center the color value text
Replace the color values with their labels. Since I’m copying the values, I don’t need to see them. I just need to know which one I’m copying, hex, rgb, hsl, or olch.
Remove “View Saved” and “Save” text from the buttons
Add a third button (sparkle icon) where I can describe a style (e.g. neobrutalism) and use AI to generate a palette
Change the save icon to a bookmark icon
Instead of full random colors, randomize in perceptually uniform color spaces
When saving a palette, add a suble button to generate the name with AI
Give me a subtle visual effect when a value is copied
I want a slider on the bottom left for the number of colors in the palette. From 3-8. The width of the color palette should not change; the width of the individual color should.
Make the saved palette panel float
Add a button to each color, which allows me to set the color via hex
When setting a color, give me a color picker instead
Position the set color and lock buttons vertically with the set color button at the bottom
Add a button that allows me to upload an image and generate a color palette
For each color, show a black and white dot side by side so that I can see how they contrast with the color
Show the black and white dots only on hover. Position them above the color labels and centered.
Remove the border of the black and white dots
The color paletter should always have one contrasting color
Have a toggle for having the contrasting condition or not
Simplify the contrast toggle to a simple button. But keep the position.
Use an icon instead of text for the contrast button
Add a hover color to all the icon buttons
Add the same hover color to the contrast button. Replace the icon with an eye icon.
The contrast button should be the same size as the other icon buttons
Shorten “Generating a new color palette” to just “Breathe” and no emojis
